The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 140 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354B, 385, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present case is counter blast of earlier case filed by the wife of co-accused against the informant and her other family members, as detailed in Annexure-2 to the petition. Nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8215 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 140 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
