31-07-2015 Heard Sri Naresh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 13-05-2010 passed by learned Sub Judge - III, Gopalganj in Title Suit No. 90 of 2001. By the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.19888 of 2010 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 order, learned Sub Judge has allowed a petition filed by the defendant regarding calling for the certified copy of the order passed in Jamabandi Case No. 10 of 1983-84 from the State Bank of India, Gopalganj.

The Court is of the opinion that by allowing the petition of defendant/respondent, the learned court below has committed no error.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
