JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 The order of punishment was withholding of 20% of the pension for one year and institution of a money suit for recovery of 7 lakhs. No money suit has been filed in so many years, therefore, it is a redundant kind of punishment. Withholding of pension was only to the extent of 20%, that too for a period of one year. It is not a case of no evidence in the enquiry. Petitioner retired way back in the year 1992. Matter should rest now.
Writ is dismissed.
