Patna High Court CWJC No.12884 of 2011 (26) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order dated 25.05.2011 contained in Memo No. 584 dated 25.05.2011, passed in Case No. 115 of 2010 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gaya.
Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the interim relief was granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.08.2011. The petitioner will be at liberty to file a separate application before the State Appellate Authority, if so advised, for any interim relief during the pendency of the appeal.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
