This is the second round of litigation. Earlier the petitioner approached this Court by filing C.W.J.C. No. 9705 of 2017, which was disposed of vide order dated 09.03.2018. The petitioner retired from the post of Associate Professor on 31.01.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been paid certain amount, but entire post-retiral benefits has not been paid, as yet.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9817 of 2019(2) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the University submits that entire post-retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner, which is disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.
Under the aforesaid circumstance, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order to the ViceChancellor, L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga indicating therein the arrears under the different heads and on filing of such representation the Vice-Chancellor of the University shall pass reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing of representation and ensure payment of the entire dues with regard to post-retiral benefits with calculation chart for satisfaction of the petitioner. The writ application stands disposed of.
