JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.22 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the informant's husband, who was coming along with her in conspiracy with others tried to get her killed by some miscreants due to matrimonial discord. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely suspected. Petitioner is the wife of the husband's brother and she has no motive to get such offence committed and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today,
