====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 17-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, petitioner is said to have abetted the informant's son in committing suicide.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He has been made accused in the present case merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner has been living outside for six months. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence.

5. Per contra, learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that the purported suicide note of the deceased leveling severe allegations against this petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case as well as nature of allegations, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
