The petitioners being the son and daughter-in-law of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of making assault in order to put pressure to execute deed with regard to a land.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 19.07.2015, the FIR was registered on 05.08.2015 and at earlier point of time petitioners' side lodged a case against the informant being Khusrupur P.S. Case No.122 of 2015 on 22.07.2015 itself.

Considering the nature of accusation and the

No.53431 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 relationship between the petitioners and the informant coupled with a statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khusurupur P.S. Case No.140 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
