The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 508/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections. 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 01.01.2021, they are persons with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it

It is alleged that Sandeep Rai inflicted Axe blow to informant's father and Ranjeet Rai and Vedprakash Rai were holding him due to which informant's father sustained injury on his head and mouth and blood was oozing. In the meanwhile, Soni Devi ordered to kill informant's grand father, on this, Ramekbal Rai, Sandeep Rai, Ranjeet Rai caught hold of his grand-father and Ramakant Tiwari and Vedprakash Rai inflicted knife blow which caused injury on his head and also caused injury on his hand and he became senseless.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant specifically attributed overtact against co-accused, namely Sandeep Rai, Ramakant Tiwari and Vedprakash Rai. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners are alleged to have caught the deceased.
Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.
Considering the facts aforesaid and that, the petitioners are in custody and are persons with clean antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33863 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 3/3 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 508/2020; with a condition that the petitioners shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
