That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus Commanding and directing the respondents authority to remove the encroachment over the Government land bearing Chak Khata No-124, Chak Khesra No-216, 179, 251, 208, 209 & 233 total area measuring about 68 Decimal, of Muza-Kadipur, situated of villageKadipur, Kukurha, P.O.-Sisradh. P.S.- Itadhi, District - Buxar, the nature of the said land is "Rasta, Purani

B. Further directing the respondents, to remove the said encroachment by way of comply the order passed by 'Anumandalya Lok Sikayat Niwaran Padhadikaree', Buxar, in Registration Case Number530210123032204276 dated 08.06.2022, Ld. 'Anumandalya Lok Sikayat Niwaran Padhadikaree', Buxar, during the course of the hearing of the cases found the encroachment upon the said Road etc, by the anti social elements with the collusion of the government officials for the purpose of personal use, resultant the public road has completely blocked." At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondentState, Shri Roy submits that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No.3 of 2022-23, was initiated by the Circle Officer, Itadhi, District-Buxar, whereafter the final order has also been passed, hence the encroachment in question would definitely be removed within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
