Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the victim. The marriage of the victim admittedly had taken place with the son of the petitioner ten years back and the victim was found missing from her matrimonial home on 01.10.2015. However, the several paragraphs of the case diary go to show that the investigating officer got information about the present status of victim through his spy. The investigation is still pending. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with

However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall cooperate the investigating officer in course of investigation and shall appear whenever and wherever his presence is required by the investigating agency.
