The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30918 of 2020(2) dt.23-12-2020 2/3 167 of 2019, dated 02.12.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Approximately nine persons have been alleged to have assaulted the informant brutally, but, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners, all the injuries suffered by the informant are simple in nature. There are only three injuries on his person.

There is a counter version of the occurrence as well and some of accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya, in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid
