====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 21-12-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has recovered two automatic pistol along with Magazine and two magazine of pistol, one mobile, Sim and Rs.2300/- from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 08.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31124 of 2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020.
