Patna High Court CWJC No.18530 of 2013(5) dt.20-08-2025 2/3 ceased petitioner, Late Ranjan Prasad Verma had filed a representation dated 09.05.2013 before the Principal Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No.2) which has till date has not been disposed of. He, therefore, submits that the substituted petitioner would be satisfied if the said pending representation can be directed to be disposed of on merit by the Principal Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No.2) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the substituted petitioners.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No.2) to dispose of the pending representation dated 09.05.2013 (Annexure-6) which was earlier filed by Late Ranjan Prasad Verma, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the substituted petitioners, within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The substituted petitioners are also granted liberty to file a supplementary representation within 15 days from the date of this order.

4. Needless to emphasis that the final order which
