Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.572 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 379, 504, 508, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, the petitioners came and threatened the informant to withdraw the case and for that assaulted the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they had lodged a Title Suite against the informant and others with respect to the land in dispute and they have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24395 of 2019(5) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 falsely been implicated in this case and earlier also two cases had been filed at the instance of the informant. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant and it further appears that the petitioners are accused in two other cases also. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S.Case No.572 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
