It appears that provisional bail was granted to the petitioners on 30.09.2016 (in Cr. Misc. No. 42000 of 2016) and 19.10.2016 (in Cr. Misc. No. 19.10.2016).

Notice was ordered to be issued to opposite party no. 2, who has already appeared.

Allegation is that for settlement for dispute the petitioners and others had called the informant to their village. On

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42000 of 2016 (5) dt.19-01-2017 the way, there is allegation that the petitioners committed assaul against different persons with intent to commit murder. No specific allegation is there against any of the named accused persons.

The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances the provision bail, granted to the petitioner on 30.09.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 42000 of 2016 and to the petitioners on 19.10.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 42616 of 2016, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 247 of 2016 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, is affirmed.
