Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered under Sections 363,365 of the I.P.C and later on under Section 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has committed no offence. Prior to the alleged occurrence he was out of village and only on suspicion he has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released
