Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents including the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the Managing Director of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. has already passed an order in terms of the order of this Court dated 7.12.2018 passed in CWJC No. 21678 of 2018 and only thereafter the contempt proceedings were dropped by this Court, which had been initiated by the writ petitioners, hence the prayer made by the petitioners in the present petition regarding modification of the aforesaid order dated 07.12.2018 no longer survives for consideration.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner, realising the aforesaid position as existing on facts and in law, seeks to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
