It appears that the order passed by this Court dated 24th August 2009 in CWJC No. 10533 of 2009 has been complied with the passing a reasoned order dated 21st October 2010 which is Annexure-A to the show cause.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter.

If the counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied with

Patna High Court MJC No.1040 of 2010 (8) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 the order dated 21st October 2010, he will have liberty, if so advised, he may take legal recourse in accordance with law. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
