Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 685 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is said that minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioner. The prosecution case has been supported by the victim also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
