ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 19.1.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C., 2, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Criminal Appeal No. 86 of 1988 by which he has affirmed the judgment and order of conviction dated 30.5.1988 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif, in G.R. Case No. 454 of 1982/Tr. No. 1182 of 1988. Having considered the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference.

Hence, the revision application is dismissed but with modification in the sentence to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.
