JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No. 106 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the FIR and the case relates to theft of motorcycle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that name of the petitioner was disclosed by the arrested accused persons and except that there is nothing against him and though he is accused in one more case but he is on bail in that case. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let petitioner, above named, surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3931 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 the court below on the basis of allegation and court below will pass an appropriate order, if possible, on the same day. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
