====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Case No. C2-82/2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(A), of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 17.700 litres of Nepali Saufi has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 22.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the

No.25424 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.
