JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 498A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. In view of the fact that petitioner is brother-in-law ( Bhaisur) of the victim.

Accordingly, let the above named, petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VII, Gopalganj
