For direction to the State Director, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, State Office, Patna to conduct audit of godown of Vaishali Khadi Gram Udyog Sangh, Hajipur for the period 2014-15 and 2015-16 and submit report at the earliest clearly stating whether there has been any misappropriation/defalcation."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7090 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
