This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 498A, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4 and 5 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is husband of opposite party no. 2. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner has stated on oath that he is ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity as wife, if she likes to live.

Thereafter the notice was issued to opposite party no.

2. In spite of the personal service of notice, no one has appeared. In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
