2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is aggrieved for non-payment of 10 months leave encashment and 16 months gratuity.

3. Considering the aforesaid statement made in the writ petition, the Executive Officer, Samastipur Zila Parishad, Samastipur is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner and further ensure to make payment of amount as
