1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction for removing the encroachment from the land Mouza-Rajepur, Thana No. 109, Khata No.88, Khesra No.616 is Gairmajarua land which has been encroached by the Respondent No.6.

(ii) For issuance of direction to the Respondent Anchaladhikari, Dhaka to remove the encroachment of the aforesaid land for which encroachment proceeding initiated as

Patna High Court CWJC No.6563 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 Encroachment Case No. 09/2021-22 said proceeding is still pending.

(iii) For further giving other legal consequential benefits to the petitioner."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dhaka, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
