JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sarmera P. S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he opened fire causing injury to the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
