Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16443 of 2022. Vide order dated 26.04.2023, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that charge has not been framed till date. It is submitted that petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.07.2020.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
