ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.05.2008 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-III, West Champaran, Bettiah in Cr. Rev. No. 183 of 2002 by which it has confirmed the order dated 05.07.2002 passed by the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Narkatiaganj in Case No. 1186/M 2000 by which he had declared the possession of the Petitioner in a proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. Since the proceeding under Sections 144/145 Cr.P.C. is for emergent purposes, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The Application is disposed off with liberty to the parties to avail their remedies as and when the occasion so arises.
