1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 29.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.14537/2023. It is submitted that in Cr. Misc. No.14537/2023, the name of the father of the petitioner was inadvertently typed as Sunil Mandal instead of Sushil Mandal, as such, the petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial court. It is next submitted that the petitioner on 15.03.2024 i.e. within the time stipulated for surrender approached this court seeking modification of the order dated 29.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.14537/2023.

3. In view of the stand taken by the petitioner on affidavit in the modification application, the father's name of the petitioner shall be read as "Sushil Mandal" instead of "Sunil Mandal".

4. The order dated 29.02.2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

5. In the event if the petitioner surrenders on or before 27.05.2024, his bail bonds shall be accepted on the same terms and condition, as recorded in the order dated 29.02.2024. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
