The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that petitioner has taken Rs.2,16,000/- from the informant but he has returned the same whereas learned counsel for the informant submits that even after repeated demand payment has not been made.

It appears that there is dispute of money matter. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Anil Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18775 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No.329 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
