2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.R. No. 2784 of 2023 arising out of Sahebganj (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners on account of previous dispute assaulted the informant and others due to which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28163 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The present case is counter blast of Sahebganj (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2023 which was lodged by petitioners' side against the informant. Further submission is that the injuries allegedly caused by the petitioners are simple in nature. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with G.R. No. 2784 of 2023 arising out of Sahebganj (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
