2. Learned counsel while making prayer for bail has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 27916 of 2024, but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e., near about one and half years and the petitioner is under custody since 14.02.2024.

3. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in her statement under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. did not support the prosecution case.

4. On the other hand learned APP for the State has

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody undergone, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VIIth cum Special Judge (POCSO) West Champaran Bettiah in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
