ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.657 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against one Raja Singh, brother of petitioner no.2 and son of petitioner no.1. It is submitted that the entire operation was conducted by Raja Singh and these petitioners have nothing to do with the deposits made by the depositors. Considering the entire facts and circumstances and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32539 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 that the main accused Raja Singh has already been granted regular bail by the court below, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.657 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
