The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gayghat P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 427, 325, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37045 of 2017 (3) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. They have falsely been implicated in this case due to political reasons.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Gayghat P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
