2. At the outset Mr. Bhavesh Kumar, learned counsel for the co-accused Ibrahim Dhobi (Cr. Misc. No. 31867 of 2024) submits that as per direction given by this Court on 05.7.2024 in his case the case of this co-accused must have been listed along with the petitioner's case today but the said order has not been complied with by the office.

3. Considering this fact, let an explanation be called for from the concerned Assistant Registrar and the matter be posted on the next tied up day.

4. Perused the status report of the petitioner's trial sent by the trial court which shows that the case of the petitioner is running for recording the statement of the accused persons which shows that the petitioner's case is at advance stage.

5. It is submitted that the petitioner's trial court is situated in Siwan district but the petitioner has been shifted from Siwan to Buxar Jail during election period and on account of non presence of the petitioner his statement is not being recorded.

6. Considering these facts, the instant petition stands rejected with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and the trial court shall make all possible endeavours to conclude the same in the next three months. (Shailendra Singh, J) siddharthkr/- U T
