The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 under Sections 386, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he along with his friends have gone to the land of his father-in-law situated near Sant Nirankari Ashram on which construction work was going on as the only son of his father-in-law is a Civil Judge in New Delhi. The informant was looking after the construction work of his father-in-law. It is alleged that many cases were lodged with regard to the same land. It is, further, alleged that Sanjit Kumar Singh, Ajil Kumar Singh and Ajay Kumar Singh, all three sons of Rama Nanad Singh, Pintu Singh and others came and demanded extortion of Rs.25,00,000/-. The informant alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant and others and also damaged the vehicle.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the informant lodged Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43842 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 in which Ajit Kumar Singh, petitioner no. 2, was granted anticipatory bail. In the present case is lodged almost same and similar allegation. Informant is bent upon to grab the and that is why the informant lodged cases after cases on same and similar allegation.

Considering the facts that there is series of litigations between both the sides and earlier petitioner no. 2 was granted anticipatory bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 in which almost same and similar allegation was made by the informant, Bablu Kumar, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sri Satya Priya Anand, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
