JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-07-2015 In view of Annexure- A, which is the decision of the Division Bench rendered as far back as 21st of February, 2007, the status of the institution where this petitioner was student has already been decided. If the institution does not get any recognition nor was the institution given any kind of benefit with regard to similar kind of prayer for giving recognition to the various degrees for the session in question, which includes the session for which the petitioner is seeking degree then there is no occasion for this Court to grant any relief to any individual. The rational and reasoning provided by the Division Bench in LPA No.428 of 2005, decided on 21.2.2007 contained in annexure A to the counter affidavit, governs the case of
