3. Nagendra Kumar Jha, Municipal Commissioner, Begusarai Municipal Corporation, Begusarai
4. Sanjay Kumar, Chairman, Begusarai Municipal Corporation, Begusarai .... .... Opposite Parties ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner : Mr. Sanket, Advocate For the Corporation : Mr. Ravi Bhushan Verma, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Begusarai Municipal Corporation. The present petitioner is the private respondent in the writ application.
After perusal of the order dated 24.06.2013 passed in CWJC No.10611 of 2013, there appears to be no mandamus in favour of the present petitioner. The writ application had been filed by the tenants of the petitioner, who were sought to be evicted and the shops in which they were residing were to be demolished by the Municipal Corporation.
Having perused the order of the writ Court, I do not
Patna High Court MJC No.4201 of 2014 (9) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 find it to be a fit case where contempt proceedings could be initiated.
The application stands dismissed.
