Case No. 391 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 436, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners and the informant are agnates. Except these petitioners, all the accused persons have been granted bail by the court below. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
