1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For directing the respondent to grant benefit of A.C.P./M.A.C.P. (Second & Third) along with consequential benefits to the petitioner in view of the report dated 03.04.2017 and 19.01.2020 (Annexure-2 & 8 respectively) submitted by Block Development Officer, Kuchaikot (Respondent no. 8) to the Agriculture Director, Bihar, Patna (Respondent no. 2) which is due since 23.05.2005 and 23.05.2015 as other similarly situated employees who are junior to the petitioner have
Patna High Court CWJC No.11419 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 got same benefit but until now the petitioner has not been granted the said benefit.
(B) For further directing the respondents to pay the arrear of salary for 10 days (03.06.2010, 10.06.2010, 17.06.2010, 26.06.2010, 01.07.2010, 08.07.2010, 15.07.2010, 06.08.2010, 13.08.2010 and 19.01.2011 which is mentioned in Service book) in compliance of the order dated 22.10.2019 passed in M.J.C.
No. 670/2018."
2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
