JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 01-03-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9281 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time on account of the fact that the advocate's clerk did not inform the petitioner about the order of anticipatory bail, within time. The prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed. The time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended by further four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In the event the petitioner surrenders in the court below within the aforesaid period, he will be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38638 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 anticipatory bail on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 01-03-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9281 of 2017. This modification application is, accordingly, allowed. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be allowed in this case.
