2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2542 of 2015 registered for an offence under Sections 420 and other ancillary Sections of the IPC.

3. The allegation as per complaint petition is that this petitioner and other co-accused ignoring the merit list selected a lady who was below in rank in the merit list prepared by the committee and thereby committed an offence under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC.

4. It has been submitted that the petitioner is a lady supervisor having no role at all in the selection of Aganbari Sevika and Sahika as per guidelines of the Social and Welfare Department. Petitioner was neither member of the committee nor

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3281 of 2018 (6) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 she had any role in selection of the candidates. He further submits that the CDPO who was member of the committee has been allowed bail in Cr.Misc.No.2324 of 2018.

5. However, learned APP opposed the submissions.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner in the even of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No.2542 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
