====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2023 Heard Mr. Vivekanand Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahesh Khunt P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that she was appointed as Panchyat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated document.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that after having tendered resignation by the petitioner, she has been dismissed from service.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26179 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Mahesh Khunt P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
