2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of stealing a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in jail since 27.01.2024 and has clean antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28284 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Matihani Police Station, Begusarai on the first Sunday of each month.

Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
