The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, some unknown miscreants snatched money and some articles from the possession of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and except confessional statement there is nothing against him in the entire case diary. He is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26204 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with further condition that the petitioner shall make himself available on each and every date of trial till framing of charge.
