ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 5.10.2004 passed by the IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Appeal No.34 of 2002/6 of 2004, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner under the provisions of arms Act and maintained the sentence of 2 years R.I. passed on 26.8.2002 passed by the S.D.J.M. (Sadar), Sitamarhi in G.R. No.24 of 1996 (Trial No.136 of 2002).

On going through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference. However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
