The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly circumstanced other coaccused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely Ravi Kant @ Suraj Singhania, Hira Lal Yadav and Prahalad Kumar have been granted bail by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26737 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M.-VII, City Court, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
